| Bachelors degree in IT, Comp Able to manage a team, delegate tasks and supervise staff. 2 years work experience in network programming related field Able to provide throughout client/server design and architecture Able to work with OS: Microsoft Servers, Linux Able to deploy network services: FTP, VPN, VLAN, Webmail, Web Server, etc. Be more advantage to able to program on: [Java] [C#] [.NET] [Web Application] Good knowledge of SQL Good command of English (Written, Verbal) Good knowledge of LAN protocols (TCP/IP, Cisco, etc.). Confident to meet with clients under Science, Engineering or any related field Capable and friendly team member. Strong will to learn new technologies and practices. Mature, responsible, self-motivated and independent. Excellent understanding of aligning IT solutions to Business requirements Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop the service team with excellent interpersonal skills Strong project and time management Skills
